Job summary

Willems Baling Equipment B.v. in Hapert designs and builds packaging machines used worldwide. As a Mechanical Engineer you will translate requirements into concrete, manufacturable designs and lead improvements from concept through production drawings.

You will collaborate with project teams, production and assembly, apply 3D CAD tools, and contribute to quality and customization. A hands-on, proactive approach, with Dutch and English language skills, is required.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics is required.
• Strong CAD skills and hands-on design experience are essential.
• Good Dutch and English language skills are necessary.
• Ability to collaborate with project teams, production and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimise machines and machine components for packaging solutions.
• Coordinate with project teams, production and assembly to ensure practical designs.
• Prepare and manage production drawings and technical documentation.
