Job summary

Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd in Amsterdam is seeking a Packaging Automation Engineer to support pharmaceutical packaging lines on a 2-year contract. You will write URS for packaging line systems, review validation documentation, and support serialization, vision inspection, and lifecycle management across the equipment and platforms.

The role requires experience in manufacturing packaging automation within regulated environments, with knowledge of PLC/HMI/SCADA systems and Track & Trace

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pharmaceutical packaging automation systems.
• Experience with serialisation, aggregation and Track & Trace solutions.
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI and SCADA technologies.
• Experience supporting automation applications in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Write URS for OEM Packaging Line Systems, Serialisation Platforms and Line Integration solutions.
• Review and approve design, validation and change control documentation.
• Support packaging equipment, aggregation, serialisation and vision inspection systems.
• Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
• Support lifecycle management of packaging line applications and connected systems.
