Job summary

Start People is looking for a Packaging Employee in the Netherlands. The role involves packing wipes, inspecting quality, and supporting the production line. You will rotate through morning, afternoon, and night shifts, standing and moving for the majority of your shift.

Job description

As a Packaging Employee, you'll work in a clean and modern production environment where quality and teamwork are key.

Your daily tasks include:

• Packing baby wipes, cosmetic wipes and medical wipes
• Inspecting products and packaging for quality
• Supplying materials to the production line
• Preparing finished products for shipment
• Reporting production issues or quality deviations
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Following hygiene and safety guidelines
• Supporting colleagues to keep production running efficiently

This is an active role where you'll spend most of your shift standing, walking and working with your hands.

Working Hours

You will work in a 3-shift rotation:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
• Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Flexible scheduling means you can be planned according to the shifts you're able to work.
