Job summary

Start People zoekt een Packaging Employee in Nederland voor een actieve rol in een schone, moderne productieomgeving. Je werkzaamheden omvatten inpakken van baby-, cosmetische en medische doekjes, kwaliteitscontroles en het leveren van materialen aan de productielijn.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) en bent betrokken bij het voorbereiden van uitgaande producten. Mogelijkheden voor langdurige arbeid en training zijn aanwezig.

Qualifications

• Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Beschikbaarheid van 24–40 uur per week.
• Je kunt één of meerdere shifts werken.
• Je staat de hele dag en beweegt.
• Je werkt graag in teamverband.
• Ervaring in productie is een plus, maar niet vereist.

Responsibilities

• Pakket goederen in dozen en dozen controleren op kwaliteit.
• Producten en verpakking controleren op kwaliteit.
• Grondstoffen aan de productielijn leveren.
• Gevorderde producten gereed maken voor verzending.
• Productieproblemen of kwaliteitsafwijkingen melden.
• Werkplek schoon en georganiseerd houden.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Packaging Employee, you'll work in a clean and modern production environment where quality and teamwork are key.

Your daily tasks include:

• Packing baby wipes, cosmetic wipes and medical wipes
• Inspecting products and packaging for quality
• Supplying materials to the production line
• Preparing finished products for shipment
• Reporting production issues or quality deviations
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Following hygiene and safety guidelines
• Supporting colleagues to keep production running efficiently

This is an active role where you'll spend most of your shift standing, walking and working with your hands.

Working Hours

You will work in a 3-shift rotation:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
• Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Flexible scheduling means you can be planned according to the shifts you're able to work.
