Job summary

Start People organiseerde een positie als Packaging Employee in een internationale productie-omgeving. Je werkt in een nette, moderne fabriek waar kwaliteit en teamwork centraal staan. Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten het verpakken van vochtige doekjes, kwaliteitscontroles en het ondersteunen van de productielijn.

Werkdagen zijn flexibel binnen een 3-ploegendienst (ochtend/middag/nacht). Secundaire voorwaarden zoals reiskosten en vakantiegeld komen volgens Cao en bedrijfspolicies.

Qualifications

• Spreekt Nederlands of Engels.
• Beschikbaar 24–40 uur per week.
• In staat om staand/bewegend te werken.
• Hands-on mentaliteit en oog voor kwaliteit.

Responsibilities

• Verpakken van baby-, kosmetische- en medische doekjes.
• Producten en verpakking controleren op kwaliteit.
• Leveringen aan de productielijn voorzien.
• Klaarzetten van uiteindelijke producten voor verzending.
• Productie- en kwaliteitsissues melden.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Packaging Employee, you'll work in a clean and modern production environment where quality and teamwork are key.

Your daily tasks include:

• Packing baby wipes, cosmetic wipes and medical wipes
• Inspecting products and packaging for quality
• Supplying materials to the production line
• Preparing finished products for shipment
• Reporting production issues or quality deviations
• Keeping your work area clean and organised
• Following hygiene and safety guidelines
• Supporting colleagues to keep production running efficiently

This is an active role where you'll spend most of your shift standing, walking and working with your hands.

Working Hours

You will work in a 3-shift rotation:

• Morning Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
• Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Flexible scheduling means you can be planned according to the shifts you're able to work.
