Job summary

HEINEKEN Global R&D in Zoeterwoude invites a hands-on Packaging & Dispense Innovation intern for a 5 to 6 month period. You will join a cross-functional team, support an innovation project in the market introduction phase, and gain insight into scaling up packaging concepts for global consumer use.

Based at the Zoeterwoude centre next to Europe’s biggest brewery, you’ll collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and HEINEKEN operating companies, receive mentorship, and contribute to real-world

Qualifications

• You are a student (HBO or university) in a relevant field.
• Proactive, practical, a can-do mindset with initiative.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support innovation projects within Packaging & Dispense during the market introduction phase.
• Collect learnings from suppliers, brewery operations, distribution partners and HEINEKEN operating companies.
• Assist with analysis of supply chain options, capacity simulations and cost modelling for scale‑up.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Supply Chain and HEINEKEN operating companies.
