Job summary

HR ProjectPartners BV seeks a Senior Engineer to design and engineer solutions achieving high safety, reliability and sustainability standards, contributing to projects and strategic objectives. You may lead engineers and act as Discipline Lead for assigned scopes of work, coordinating with vendors and third parties.

Responsibilities include selecting methods, planning activities within time and budget, and ensuring compliance with contractual and internal requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Oil & Gas industry.
• Engineering design and calculation tools.
• Process equipment knowledge.
• Detailed design and testing/commissioning experience.

Responsibilities

• Select methods and procedures, ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Plan and complete activities within time and budget, ensure system interfaces.
• Deliver Scope of Work per contractual and internal requirements.
• Incorporate lessons learned and manage change impacts across boundaries.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and third parties per requirements.
• May serve as Package Engineer for design, procurement and manufacture.
• Lead engineers on assigned scope of work.
• Act as Discipline Lead for an assigned scope of work.

5–10 years Oil & Gas experience

• The Senior Engineer's purpose is to design and engineer solutions that achieve high standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability, thereby contributing to the projects and organization's strategic objectives and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the selection of methods and procedures, performance of the work, and optimization of the design within the scope of the specifications, in compliance with international codes, company and industry standards and regulations.
• You are responsible for proactively planning and completing activities and deliverables within agreed time frame and budget, as well as for ensuring system interfaces.
• You ensure that your Scope of Work is delivered in accordance with both the contractual requirements and internal requirements.
• You ensure applicable lessons learnt are used, understanding the change impact within and across project system boundaries.
• You coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and third parties, in accordance with contractual requirements and internal requirements.
• You may be assigned as a Package Engineer with technical responsibility for the design, procurement and manufacture of the Package.
• You start leading engineers on assigned scope of work
• You may act as Discipline Lead for an assigned scope of work.
