Job summary

Getting the Market in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, seeks a medior videographer/photographer to create high-quality visual content for maritime and logistics clients. You will plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos, translating briefs into strong concepts while collaborating with designers and marketers.

The role values ownership, independence, and the ability to drive projects from concept to completion in a growing agency with a global client base. Dutch and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in videography and photography.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop or similar.
• Skilled in camera operation, lighting, composition, and sound recording.
• Strong eye for storytelling and ability to capture complex topics clearly.
• Experience or interest in maritime, logistics, offshore, or shipbuilding preferred.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with deadlines.
• Energetic and eager colleague.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video productions for client campaigns, websites, and social media.
• Capture professional photography for events, portraits, vessels, and operational settings.
• Translate client briefs into strong visual concepts and storyboards.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment on location in harbours, vessels, terminals, and offices.
• Edit footage and photos into deliverables, including motion graphics, music, and subtitles when needed.
• Manage and archive all visual assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers, content marketers, and web developers to integrate visuals into campaigns.
• Stay up to date with trends, tools, and techniques in video and photography.
