Job summary

XPENG is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to drive partner development for a branded charging network across Europe. You will lead V2G strategy, assess potential sites, and manage contracts for complex, multi-country deployments.

The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, knowledge of European regulations, and experience with overseas project management to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with XPENG standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a QS Top 100 university; Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Energy & Power Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in European OEM charging network expansion or with a top local CPO in expansion or operations roles.
• IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent certification; local language and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Partner Development to secure partnerships and rollout of XPENG charging network across markets.
• V2G Business Expansion and deployment with commercially viable models across Europe.
• Site Assessment & Screening of partner networks and sites against XPENG standards.
