Job summary

GTEX seeks an Overhaul Specialist to overhaul, inspect, and assemble industrial refrigeration and heat pump compressors. You will work in our Druten workshop and on-site at client locations, contributing to efficient maintenance and service.

Responsibilities include dismantling, inspecting for wear, replacing parts, testing, and reporting. Team collaboration with engineering and service will be important for continuous improvement and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Technical passion, interest, and affinity for mechanical work and engineering.
• MBO-level education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering, or similar.
• Precise, eager to learn, and responsible.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Dismantling, inspecting, cleaning, and overhauling compressors.
• Checking for wear, tolerances, and technical condition.
• Replacing and assembling parts according to specifications.
• Testing, checking, and adjusting overhauled components.
• Reporting findings and completed activities.
• Contributing ideas for improvements in overhaul and maintenance processes.
• Collaborating with passionate colleagues from engineering and service.
