Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking an Engineer Operational Technology & Cybersecurity at our Dongen site to secure and optimize OT and digital systems across production and logistics. You will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and transformation teams to deploy and improve OT and cybersecurity solutions while ensuring safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, IT or related field.
• Hands-on PLC programming experience (Siemens S5/S7, TIA Portal).
• Knowledge of data management, databases, and MS Office applications.
• Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles or willingness to develop this expertise.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Structured, analytical mindset with problem-solving and process optimization skills.
• Experience delivering training and engaging with stakeholders.
• Proactive, service-oriented team player with stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain OT standards, architectures, and best practices on site.
• Ensure reliability, availability, and security of OT systems; manage incidents and maintenance lifecycles.
• Drive OT cybersecurity initiatives through monitoring, incident response, and strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on service delivery and data backup strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing and logistics systems via automation and visualization tools.
