Job summary
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in the Netherlands seeks an Engineer Operational Technology & Cybersecurity to secure and optimize our production and logistics digital backbone. You will work with local maintenance, engineering, and digital transformation teams to deploy OT and cybersecurity solutions across the site.
You will lead OT infrastructure, automation systems, and security initiatives, driving continuous improvement while coaching site teams in safe, efficient operation of OT systems
Qualifications
- Technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, IT, or related field.
- Hands-on PLC programming with Siemens S5/S7 and TIA Portal.
- Experience with industrial automation systems and networks.
- Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and data management.
- Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.
- Structured, analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Experience delivering training and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive, service-oriented team player with influencing skills.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain OT standards, architectures, and best practices across the site.
- Ensure reliability, availability, and security of OT systems; manage incidents and patches.
- Drive OT cybersecurity initiatives through monitoring and incident response.
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders on service delivery and data backup strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement of manufacturing and logistics systems.
- Manage OT and digital transformation projects and investments.
- Train and coach site teams on OT systems and capability development.
