European OT Cybersecurity Delivery Lead - The Hague - Global Consultancy

A rare leadership opportunity in the OT cybersecurity space for a global consulting firm looking to expand their European OT practice. They’ve been leading the way in OT Consulting in the US for many years and are now making a big investment in OT security across Europe (led in part by demand from their clients who are multi-national).

This is a Senior Manager-level role where you’d be the first boots on the ground in Europe, helping build out a true OT cybersecurity capability. It’s a mix of strategic leadership, client engagement, and technical oversight, working with some of the world’s largest companies across manufacturing, pharma, transportation and more (largely commercial).

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Develop business and marketing materials to drive capability growth across manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, energy, and oil and gas commercial clients.
• Help enable business development and deliver across client projects conducting interviews with business and technology leaders, key client stakeholders, supporting engagement managers, developing strategies, and presenting findings.
• Travelling to client site, and engaging with client staff across various activities, including security assessment activities, physical security walk-downs.
