Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a skilled supply chain professional to manage the OSS stockroom on-site at KLM, coordinating with the U.S. home office and Program Manager on fleet updates and replenishment.

The role covers cycle counts, shipment tracking, IT coordination, and limited travel. A background in aerospace and strong MS Office skills are required to ensure accurate inventory and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in business, supply chain or similar.
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
• 5+ years in material management or supply chain.
• Aerospace industry familiarity.
• MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for OSS stockroom on-site at KLM.
• Communicate KLM fleet updates with Program Manager.
• Troubleshoot OSS parts orders with home office staff in the U.S. (system transactions).
• Manage regular cycle count activities.
• Assist/participate in annual program reviews with customer and Program Manager.
• Handle shipment tracking and coordinate with freight carriers (international and domestic).
• Oversee local IT infrastructure oversight and coordinate system maintenance.
• Provide administrative support for visitors and office expenses.
• Participate in telephone meetings with U.S.-based home office during non-standard hours.
• Possible limited international travel to U.S. or other OSS sites.
• Perform SAP transactions on-site at KLM, address inventory issues and quality concerns.
• Monitor overall CSL and EIS for expansions.
