Job summary

GXO Logistics in Tilburg is hiring an Orderpicker & Packer to join an international logistics team. You will pick items with a hand scanner, pack orders, and prepare shipments, while also handling returns and restocking decisions.

The role requires basic English (B1), physical fitness, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule. Starting salary is €14.99 gross per hour, with competitive allowances for evenings and weekends, plus travel compensation, holiday pay, pension, and on-site

Qualifications

• Can communicate and read in English (minimum B1).
• Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work in a two-shift system.
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
• Can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Available full-time.

Responsibilities

• Pick products using a hand scanner to fulfill customer orders.
• Pack orders, verify contents, print shipping labels, and prepare parcels.
• Inspect returns, assess quality, and decide restock or supplier return.
• Ensure merchandise is handled carefully throughout the logistics process.
