Job summary

GXO Logistics in Tilburg is hiring an Orderpicker & Packer to join an international team. You will pick products with a hand scanner, pack orders, and handle returns through the warehouse process.

The role runs on a Monday–Saturday morning shift (06:00-14:45). Starting pay is €14.99 gross per hour, with weekend allowances of 150% on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays. Travel allowance, pension, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
• Can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• Available full-time.

Responsibilities

• As an Orderpicker, you collect products using a hand scanner and ensure that customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
• At the packing station, you scan products, verify orders, print shipping labels and prepare parcels for shipment.
• You inspect returned items, assess their quality and decide whether they can be resold or must be returned to the supplier.
• Together with your team, you ensure merchandise is handled carefully from arrival to shipment.

Online Departments

Picking

• As an Orderpicker, you collect products using a hand scanner and ensure that customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently. You make sure every order is complete before it moves to the packing department.

Packing

• Working at a packing station, you scan products, verify that orders are complete, print shipping labels, and prepare parcels for shipment. Attention to detail is important to ensure customers receive the correct products.

Returns

• You inspect returned items, assess their quality, and determine whether they can be resold. You will process returned products and ensure they are either restocked or returned to the supplier when necessary.

Together with a close-knit team, you ensure that store merchandise is handled carefully and efficiently throughout the entire logistics process, from arrival in the warehouse until shipment to the stores.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Can communicate and read in English;
• Are physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation;
• Can apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
• Are available full-time.

Working Hours

You can work from Monday to Saturday in the morning Shift from 06:00 - 14:45
