Job summary

GXO Logistics in Tilburg is hiring an Orderpicker & Packer to join an international logistics team. You will pick items with a hand scanner, pack orders, and prepare shipments, while also handling returns and restocking decisions.

The role requires basic English (B1), physical fitness, and willingness to work a two-shift schedule. Starting salary is €14.99 gross per hour, with competitive allowances for evenings and weekends, plus travel compensation, holiday pay, pension, and on-site

No two days are the same, and depending on the department you work in, your tasks may vary.

Online Departments

Picking

• As an Orderpicker, you collect products using a hand scanner and ensure that customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently. You make sure every order is complete before it moves to the packing department.

Packing

• Working at a packing station, you scan products, verify that orders are complete, print shipping labels, and prepare parcels for shipment. Attention to detail is important to ensure customers receive the correct products.

Returns

• You inspect returned items, assess their quality, and determine whether they can be resold. You will process returned products and ensure they are either restocked or returned to the supplier when necessary.

Together with a close-knit team, you ensure that store merchandise is handled carefully and efficiently throughout the entire logistics process, from arrival in the warehouse until shipment to the stores.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Can communicate and read in English (minimum B1 level);

Working Hours

You can work from Monday to Saturday in a two-shift rotation:

Morning Shift

• 06:00 - 14:45

Afternoon Shift

• 15:15 - 00:00
