Job summary

AXIS Career in Horst, Netherlands, is looking for an Order Picker to join the logistics team. You will use a hand scanner to collect orders, check products and prepare orders for shipment, and move goods with an electric pallet truck (EPT).

We require at least one year of experience in a warehouse, ability to work accurately and safely, Dutch or English language skills, and your own transport to Horst. A VOG is preferred; shifts are fixed days: one week 07:00–16:00, next week 09:00–18:00.

Qualifications

• Experience with order picking, packing or other logistics work.
• You speak Dutch or English and can understand work instructions.
• Your own transport to get to Horst.
• Willing to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).
• You are able to do physical work.

Job description

As an Order Picker, you are an important part of the logistics process. You use a hand scanner to collect orders, check products and prepare orders for shipment.

Your tasks:

• Collect orders using a hand scanner;
• Check and pack products;
• Prepare orders for shipment;
• Move goods with an electric pallet truck (EPT);
• Perform quality checks;
• Keep the workplace safe and clean.

Do you have a valid forklift or reach truck certificate? Depending on the available work, you may also use these trucks.

You work fixed day shifts: one week from 07:00 to 16:00 and the next week from 09:00 to 18:00. Your evenings are always free.

Do you have experience in logistics and do you work accurately? Then we would like to meet you.
