Job summary

UPS Healthcare in Roermond zoekt een Order Picker om medische producten te verzamelen, controleren en verpakken in een modern magazijn. Nauwkeurigheid is cruciaal om de juiste producten en aantallen te leveren aan elke klant.

Verantwoordelijkheden: orderpicken met handscanner, controleren van productnummers en aantallen, veilig verpakken, verzendklaar maken en goederen laden/lossen. Werkt 40 uur per week in twee- of drieploegenschema's.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in logistiek, magazijn of order picking.
• Nauwkeurig werken en fysiek actief zijn.
• Beheersing van basis Engels.
• Beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week.
• Beschikbaar voor diensten van 06:00–00:00.
• Fysiek in staat om te staan, lopen, tillen en magazijnwerk uit te voeren.
• Nauwkeurig kunnen werken met een handscanner.
• In een gekoelde omgeving werken.
• Bereid om te leren en zich te ontwikkelen.

Responsibilities

• Orders picken met een handscanner.
• Productnummers, aantallen en orderinformatie controleren.
• Medische producten veilig en nauwkeurig verpakken.
• Orders gereedmaken voor verzending.
• Goederen laden en lossen.
• Magazijnactiviteiten registreren in SAP en WMS.
• Werkplek schoon, georganiseerd en veilig houden; in een internationaal team werken volgens kwaliteit- en veiligheidsprocedures.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Order Picker at UPS Healthcare, you collect, check and pack medical products in a modern warehouse in Roermond. Accuracy is essential because every customer must receive the correct products and quantities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking customer orders with a hand scanner;


• Checking product numbers, quantities and order information;


• Packing medical products safely and accurately;


• Preparing orders for shipment;


• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods;


• Registering warehouse activities in SAP and WMS;


• Keeping your workplace clean, organised and safe.You work as part of an international team and follow clear quality and safety procedures.

You work 40 hours per week in a two- or three-shift schedule. The shifts take place between 06:00 and 00:00.

The exact working hours and shift rotation will be discussed with you before you start, so you know what to expect.

Functie-eisen

You have experience in logistics, warehousing or order picking. You work accurately, enjoy being physically active and understand the importance of following quality and safety procedures.

You also:

• Speak and understand basic English;


• Are available for 40 hours per week;


• Are available for shifts between 06:00 and 00:00;


• Are physically able to stand, walk, lift and perform warehouse activities;


• Can work accurately with a hand scanner;


• Are comfortable working in a cooled warehouse environment;


• Enjoy working with colleagues from different backgrounds;


• Take responsibility for the quality of your work.

Experience with an EPT, forklift, SAP or WMS is an advantage. A relevant certificate is welcome, but your willingness to learn and develop is just as important.
