Job summary

Start People zoekt een magazijnmedewerker in Roermond voor een fulltime positie in een modern magazijn. Je pikt, controleert en verpakt medische producten en bereidt orders voor verzending met behulp van een handscanner.

De functie vereist 40 uur per week, werken in ploegen (ook avonduren) en een vermogen om in een gekoelde omgeving te werken. Start People biedt een stabiel loon en ontwikkelingskansen binnen een internationale organisatie.

Qualifications

• Je hebt ervaring in logistiek/ magazijnwerk en begrijpt dat nauwkeurigheid essentieel is bij medische producten.
• Je spreekt en begrijpt basis Engels.
• Beschikbaarheid voor 40 uur per week.
• Bereid om in avondploegen te werken.
• Fysiek in staat om te staan, lopen, tillen en magazijnwerk uit te voeren.
• Kan nauwkeurig werken en veiligheids- en kwaliteitsinstructies volgen.
• Voelt je comfortabel in een gekoelde magazijnomgeving.
• Werk graag in een internationaal team.

Responsibilities

• Goederen picken met een handscanner.
• Medische producten veilig en nauwkeurig verpakken.
• Orders voorbereiden voor verzending.
• In- en uitgaande goederen beladen/losgeladen.
• Producten, aantallen en orderinformatie controleren.
• Registreren van magazijnactiviteiten in SAP en WMS.
• Werkplek schoon, georganiseerd en veilig houden.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Warehouse Employee, you pick, check and pack medical products in a modern warehouse in Roermond. Accuracy is important: the right product and quantity must be prepared for shipment at the right time.

Your work includes:

• Picking orders with a hand scanner;
• Packing medical products safely and accurately;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods;
• Checking products, quantities and order information;
• Registering warehouse activities in SAP and WMS;
• Keeping your workplace clean, organised and safe.

You work together with colleagues from different nationalities. The work is active and varied, and you will receive clear instructions during your onboarding.

Functie-eisen

You have warehouse or logistics experience and you understand that accuracy is especially important when working with medical products.
You also:

• Have experience in logistics, warehousing or order picking;
• Speak and understand basic English;
• Are available for 40 hours per week;
• Are willing to work shifts, including evening hours;
• Are physically able to stand, walk, lift and perform warehouse activities;
• Can work accurately and follow safety and quality instructions;
• Are comfortable working in a cooled warehouse environment;
• Enjoy working as part of an international team.

Experience with an EPT, forklift, SAP or WMS is an advantage, but not required for every part of the position. You are willing to learn and obtain additional certificates when necessary.
