Jobster in Amsterdam zoekt een orderpicker met groeimogelijkheden naar foreman. Je werkt vier diensten per week van 10 uur en start op zondag. Je verzamelt en registreert bestellingen en bewaakt de workflow, signaleert knelpunten en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.

Je krijgt een aantrekkelijk startsalaris van €16,46 per uur, oplopend tot €17,17 na twee maanden en hebt toegang tot trainingen en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden binnen het warehouse.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau werkend en denk niveau vereist.
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een magazijnfunctie.
• Leiderschapspotentieel en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
• Goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden.
• Vloeiend Engels.

Over het werk

As an order picker with growth opportunities in Amsterdam, you get the unique chance to develop into a foreman, the right hand of the team leader. You will work four shifts per week, each 10 hours, with your fixed workday on Sunday. In this role, you focus on efficiently picking and processing orders, but you are also expected to take initiative and support your colleagues where necessary. You start with an attractive salary of €16.46 per hour, and with good performance, this increases to €17.17 per hour after two months. You will have the opportunity to follow training and grow within the warehouse. This position is full-time and offers a lot of independence and responsibility. You start your working day by checking the order lists and planning your tasks. Next, you independently collect and register orders. During your shift, you keep an overview of the workflow, identify bottlenecks, and make adjustments where needed. You support your colleagues, ensure everything runs smoothly, and actively think about improvements.
