Hessing Greenport zoekt een Order Picker in Venlo voor een fulltime positie. Je verzamelt producten volgens de bestelling, bereidt pakketten voor verzending en zorgt voor een netjes en efficiënt magazijn.

Het team werkt zeven dagen per week met ochtend- en middagploegen; bijscholing is inbegrepen en een marktconforme beloning. Na een inwerkperiode van vier weken stijgt het tarief naar 15,64 €/uur en er geldt een extra beloning voor overwerk vanaf 38 uur per week.

Formación

• Je spreekt op zijn minst basis Engels.
• Je kunt direct als aanstaande maandag starten.
• De lage temperatuur op de werkplek schrikt je niet af.

Responsabilidades

• Verzamelen van producten volgens de bestelling.
• Verzorgen van verzending gereed maken van pakketten.
• Zorg dragen voor een ordelijk magazijn zodat het werk sneller en veiliger verloopt.

As an Order Picker, you are a key link in the supply chain. Your work ensures that orders get to customers on time and flawlessly. Do you have energy and like to keep things running like clockwork? This is the place for you! What does your job entail?

• You collect products according to the order
• You prepare packages for shipment
• You take care of order in the warehouse - because a well-organized space means faster and safer work

We work 7 days a week - and you work afternoon shifts as well as morning shifts, 6 days a week.

The company offers various allowances for shift work

Shift allowance Monday-Friday

• 125% 19:00-23:00
• 140% 23:00-6:00

Saturday shift allowance

• 200% 23:00-00:00
• 125% 15:00-23:00
• 140% 00:00-6:00

Shift allowance on Sunday

• 140% 23:00-00:00
• 200% 23:00-00:00

• Gross rate: €14.99/h
• After 4 weeks, the rate increases to €15.64 - we appreciate your commitment!

• Overtime? We pay extra! For every hour worked over 38 hours per week, you’ll receive 135% of your hourly rate
