Job summary

Carriere in Delft zoekt een Orderpicker om ons logistieke team te versterken. Je werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met vrijdag met af en toe weekenddiensten. Je begint met een korte team-briefing en controleert vervolgens je picklijst en orderpakketten.

Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Uitdagende werktijden en vergoeding bij verlof- en weekenddiensten worden geboden, met mogelijkheden tot groei binnen het team.

Qualifications

• Basiskennis van Nederlands en Engels vereist.
• Fysiek fit en in staat om pakjes tot ca. 23 kg te tillen.
• Bereid om in Delftse logistieke omgeving te werken.

Responsibilities

• Picken en verpakken van orders volgens picklijsten.
• Labelen en gereedmaken van goederen voor verzending.
• Zorgdragen voor netheid en veiligheid op de werkplek.

Over de functie

As an Orderpicker you will play a key role in the smooth operation of a busy logistics warehouse. Your day starts with a team briefing, followed by checking your pick list and preparing your orders. You’ll track inventory, report any discrepancies, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe. Working with a supportive team, you’ll also assist in restocking shelves and helping new colleagues get up to speed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders based on pick lists with EPT and hand scanner
• Labeling, organizing, and preparing goods for shipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in your work area
• Helping new team members integrate and follow safety protocols

You’ll work full time from Monday till Friday mostly on weekdays with occasional weekend shifts. Shifts are usually scheduled between 07:00 and 17:00, but flexibility is appreciated.

  +25% : Mon–Fri 18:00–22:00, Sat 14:00–18:00
  +50% Mon–Fri 22:00–00:00, Sat 18:00–00:00
  +100%: Sunday
