Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking an Order Management Specialist in the Netherlands to review and process incoming orders, monitor order status, and keep customers updated by phone. The role requires a practical, customer-oriented mindset, accuracy and the ability to work 40 hours per week.

• Reviewing and processing incoming orders;
• Monitoring orders throughout the process;
• Maintaining telephone contact with customers;
• Taking ownership of sales order processing;
• Following up on sales orders and ensuring they are handled accurately and efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About you The ideal Order Management Specialist:

• Has an MBO-level education or equivalent level of working and thinking;

• Is customer-oriented, accurate and detail-focused;
• Is available to work 40 hours per week;
