Job summary
Exclusive Networks is seeking an Order Management Specialist in the Netherlands to manage sales orders from receipt to delivery. You will review incoming orders, monitor progress, and maintain clear contact with customers to ensure smooth processing.
Ideal candidates have an MBO-level education, a results-driven mindset, and fluency in Dutch and English; be prepared to work 40 hours a week in a hybrid environment with opportunities for growth and a supportive team.
Qualifications
- Has an MBO-level education or equivalent level of working and thinking.
- Has an ambitious mindset and enjoys working towards results.
- Is customer-oriented, accurate and detail-focused.
- Is available to work 40 hours per week.
- Ideally, is fluent in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing. However, candidates who are fluent in English only are also welcome to apply.

- Reviewing and processing incoming orders;
- Monitoring orders throughout the process;
- Maintaining telephone contact with customers;
- Taking ownership of sales order processing;
- Following up on sales orders and ensuring they are handled accurately and efficiently.
