Job summary

Uitzendbureau zoekt een gedetailleerde lasser voor de productie van roestvrijstalen componenten met orbital lastechnologie in de Nijmegen regio. Je werkt aan kleine series en klantgespecificeerde producten met strikte toleranties en zorgt voor voorbereiding, bediening en afstelling van apparatuur en eindcontrole.

De functie vereist ervaring in technische productieomgeving, kennis van technische tekeningen en bij voorkeur TIG-lassen. Werktijden: 2 ploegen.

Qualifications

• Interpretatie van technische tekeningen.
• Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving waar nauwkeurigheid cruciaal is.
• Ervaring met lassen, bij voorkeur TIG.
• Zorgvuldigheid en naleving van werkinstructies.
• Beschikbaarheid voor 2 ploegen.
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands.
• Eigen onderdak en vervoer aanwezig.

Responsibilities

• Gebruik technische tekeningen om het werkniveau voor de las voor te bereiden.
• Installeer orbital-lasapparatuur en laskoppen.
• Bedien de machines en pas lasprogramma's aan waar nodig.
• Produceer kleine producties en maatwerk.
• Controleer geleverde producten volgens de kwaliteitsnormen.
• Bereid dunwandige roestvrijstalen buizen (Ø5–20 mm) voor op de volgende assemblage.

Wat je gaat doen

In this position, you are responsible for the accurate production of stainless steel components using orbital welding technology. You will work with both small series and customer-specific products, meaning your work requires a careful approach and a strong eye for detail. Because the components are used in high-tech applications, every weld needs to meet strict specifications. You will therefore be involved in preparing the work, operating and adjusting the equipment, and checking the final result.

What will you do?

• Use technical drawings to prepare your welding work.
• Set up orbital welding equipment and welding heads.
• Operate the machines and make adjustments to welding programs where necessary.
• Manufacture small production runs and customized components.
• Check completed products against the required quality standards.
• Prepare thin-walled stainless steel tubes, measuring 5-20 mm in diameter, for the next assembly stage.

• Gross monthly salary of €3,850-€4,065 based on 40 hours, including shift allowance.

  • 14:30-23:00

• You are able to interpret technical drawings.
• You have experience working in a technical production environment where accuracy is important.
• Experience with welding, preferably TIG, is an advantage.
• You work carefully and consistently follow work instructions and procedures.
• You are available to work in 2 shifts.
• You speak either English or Dutch well.
• You have your own accommodation and transportation.
