Stafide is seeking an Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Consultant in Amsterdam, NL. You will gather requirements, configure end-to-end subscription workflows, and align billing, invoicing, and revenue with business goals.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud apps, strong experience in subscription lifecycle management, and proven success integrating Oracle modules with third-party systems.

As an Oracle Fusion Subscription Management Consultant, you will:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to subscription-based products, services, and recurring revenue models.
  
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Subscription Management to support end-to-end subscription lifecycle management.
  
• Design and implement subscription processes covering subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, billing, and invoicing.
  
• Configure subscription products, pricing structures, product catalogues, subscription templates, and contract-related settings.
  
• Implement recurring billing models and subscription management processes aligned with business and financial requirements.
  
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to understand business needs and streamline subscription-related workflows.
  
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify process gaps, and recommend appropriate Oracle Cloud functionalities and best practices.
  
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, and technical requirements to support solution development.
  
• Support integrations between Oracle Subscription Management and Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, and third-party applications.
  
• Work with technical teams to define integration requirements, validate data flows, and resolve functional or integration-related issues.
  
• Support subscription billing, invoicing, contract management, renewals, and revenue recognition processes.
  
• Plan and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios and validation of business processes.
  
• Provide production support, investigate application issues, troubleshoot configuration and process errors, and coordinate resolutions.
  
• Support deployment, go-live, post-implementation activities, and continuous improvement of Oracle Subscription Management solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 6 + years of overall professional experience, with relevant experience in Oracle Cloud applications and functional consulting.
  
• Strong hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Subscription Management.
  
• Good understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and contract management.
  
• Experience configuring recurring billing models, subscription pricing, product catalogues, subscription templates, and invoicing processes.
  
• Understanding of subscription billing, recurring revenue models, revenue recognition, and financial processing requirements.
  
• Experience integrating Oracle Subscription Management with Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, and third-party systems.
  
• Strong experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, preparing functional specifications, and recommending Oracle Cloud best practices.
  
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production deployment, application troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.

You Should Possess the Ability to:

• Translate business requirements into functional configurations and scalable Oracle Fusion Subscription Management solutions.
  
• Design and configure end-to-end subscription lifecycle processes based on business and financial requirements.
  
• Analyse subscription products, pricing structures, billing requirements, and contract management processes.
  
• Identify gaps between business requirements and standard Oracle Cloud capabilities and recommend suitable solutions.
  
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, and technical teams to deliver integrated subscription management processes.
  
• Define integration requirements and coordinate with technical teams to ensure effective connectivity with related Oracle modules and external systems.
  
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration specifications, test cases, and implementation deliverables.
  
• Troubleshoot functional and application issues, support testing and production activities, and ensure successful solution delivery.
