Job summary

Infosys Consulting in the Netherlands is seeking an Oracle Cloud - Program Manager to lead complex ERP Cloud transformation programs for Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics clients. You will drive requirement workshops, define future-state designs, manage on- and off-shore delivery teams, and partner with CIO/CTO levels to ensure value delivery.

You will mentor junior colleagues, shape project governance, and apply Oracle Cloud best practices across the full lifecycle from discovery to hypercare

Qualifications

Leading program management across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.
Evaluates current-state processes, designs future-state visions and builds business cases.
Manages large delivery teams to ensure designs meet standards and methodologies.
Inspires and develops junior colleagues and supports their professional growth.
Facilitates executive-level decision-making using Oracle Cloud roadmaps and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
