Job summary

Infosys in the Netherlands is seeking an EBS WMS Functional Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 Warehouse Management solutions, balancing solution architecture with Scrum delivery to enable scalable warehouse and logistics outcomes.

You will coordinate with CXO-level stakeholders, lead onshore-offshore teams, and mentor peers while delivering high-quality, performance-focused implementations across complex processes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Oracle EBS R12 WMS knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Experience leading Agile Scrum teams and coordinating onsite-offshore delivery.
• Excellent client-facing communication and CXO-level stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely sprints.
• Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 WMS solutions.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and stakeholders.
• Drive requirements elicitation and fit-gap analysis.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and performance testing.
• Manage client relationships at CXO level.
