Job summary

Jobster zoekt een ervaren operator voor de voedingsindustrie in de regio Deurne. Je zorgt voor een soepele productie, stelt machines af, lost problemen snel op en werkt nauw samen met je team.

Je geeft waar nodig aanwijzingen aan collega’s en bewaakt de productkwaliteit en hygiëne. Het betreft een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week, met een trainingsperiode in dagdienst en daarna een tweeploegendienst van 06:00–15:00 en 15:00–00:00.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als operator of in productie vereist.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.
• Woonachtig in de regio Eindhoven/Deurne en omstreken.

Responsibilities

• Instellen en opstarten van productielijnen.
• Toezicht houden op productieproces en productkwaliteit.
• Oplossen van kleine machineproblemen of inschakelen van technische service.
• Zorgen voor aanvoer van grondstoffen en benodigde materialen.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en HACCP-registraties.
• Toezicht houden op assemblage- en productiewerkers op jouw lijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Are you an experienced operator and would you like to work with fresh products in a clean and modern production environment? Join the team at an international production company in the Deurne region!

What will you do?

As an operator, you are responsible for a smooth production process. You make sure the machines are set correctly and that problems are solved quickly. You work closely with your team and guide colleagues when needed.

Your tasks will include:

• Setting up and starting production lines
• Monitoring the production process and product quality
• Solving small machine problems or calling the technical service
• Arranging the supply of raw materials
• Performing quality checks and HACCP registrations
• Supervising production workers on your line

Waar ga je werken?

You will work at an international company in the food industry with several locations in the Netherlands. Every day they produce fresh products using more than 100 recipes across 20 production lines.

There is a strong focus on hygiene, teamwork, and a pleasant working atmosphere. Personal guidance and opportunities to grow within the company are very important.

This is a full-time job from Monday to Friday. During the training period you will work in the day shift. After that, you will work in a 2-shift system from 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00

Wie ben je?

As an operator:

• You have experience as an operator or in production
• You have a good level of Dutch or English
• You live in the region of Eindhoven, Helmond, Weert, Veldhoven, Deurne or Venray
