Job summary

Aalberts Almere zoekt een technisch ingestelde medewerker voor onze productieafdeling. Je stelt machines en robots in, bewaakt het productieproces en verricht kwaliteitscontroles op onderdelen en verbindingen.

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst (06:00–15:00 en 15:00–00:00), ontvangt travel allowance en krijgt training en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een informele, hands-on cultuur waarin teamwork centraal staat.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een technische productieomgeving of metaalbewerking is een plus.
• Ervaring met koud vormen van metaal is een plus.
• Goede technische basiskennis en interesse in machines en productieprocessen.
• Ervaring met meetinstrumenten en kwaliteitscontrole is een plus.
• In staat om technische tekeningen en werkinstructies te lezen.
• Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en procesgericht werken.
• Bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.
• Sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machines: Set up and adjust machines and robots according to product specifications and work instructions.
• Metalworking: Work with processes such as pressing and cold forming of metal.
• Monitor the production process: Keep a close eye on the production process and make adjustments when necessary.
• Quality control: Inspect products, welds, coatings and dimensions, and perform leak tests and other quality checks.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical and technical faults and report major issues to the Technical Service department.
• Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Registration: Record production quantities, material usage, working hours, machine breakdowns and rejected products in the ERP system.
• Process improvement: Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce material waste and optimize production processes.
• Work safely: Follow all applicable health, safety and HSEQ guidelines.
• Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and support less experienced team members when required.

You will work in 2- shifts:

• Morning 06:00-15:00 (Friday 06:00-12:00)
• Afternoon 15:00-0:00 (Friday 12:00-18:00)

• Salary of €3,550 gross per month.

• Experience in a technical production environment or metalworking is a plus.
• Experience with cold forming of metal is a plus.
• Good technical understanding and an interest in machinery and production processes.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Experience with quality control and measuring equipment is a plus.Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
• Accurate, independent and process-oriented way of working.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
