Job summary

Maintec IDM Eindhoven is seeking a production worker to operate woodworking machines, perform precise sawing from technical drawings, assemble and stack products, and manage packaging and insulation components. You will participate in quality control and sorting, supporting a collaborative team in a modern production environment.

Ideal candidates have about 3+ years in production, can read drawings, speak English at B1/B2, and are open to 2 shifts.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of work experience in a production environment.
• Able to communicate in English at B1/B2 level.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Willing to work 2 shifts.
• Driving license preferred.

Job description

Packaging consists of various materials that are processed using appropriate machines. Each role in the sawmill requires specific skills, and you will work independently.

Your tasks:

• Setting up and operating woodworking machines
• Precision sawing according to technical drawings
• Manual assembly and stacking of products
• Assembling and packaging packaging and insulation elements
• Quality control and sorting

• Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level
• Approximately 3+ years of work experience in a production environment
• Available for working 2 shifts
• Driving license (car) is preferred
• Soft skills that match with the company culture: team player, proactive, and motivated
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Employment terms:

• Starters salary of €14,71+ €2,61 (18% shift bonus for every worked hour) = €17,32
• Resulting in a salary approximately between €500 and €550 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions;
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
• Building up your pension from the first day of work;
• You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
• 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May;
• Health insurance;

Housing & transport

• Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
• In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
