Pro Industry in Breda is seeking a Manual Packaging Operator to execute the clinical labeling and packaging of trial products in a highly regulated environment. You will work with a dedicated team in day shift, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step.

The role involves handling room temperature and cold room (2-8°C) packaging, applying SOPs, and contributing to continuous process improvements to meet trial timelines and quality standards.

The Clinical Labelling and Packaging department executes all the labeling, packaging and assembly activities for clinical trials conducted by our client worldwide!

For every trial they use unique configurations, which makes this manual labeling and packaging process challenging and complex.

A high performing team of ~10 operators work in day shift (08:00-16:30) to ensure that every patient receives a high quality clinical medicinal product every time.

Accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility are key elements. As manual packaging operator you execute the clinical labelling and packaging process according to standard operating procedures.

Our labelling and packaging activities are mainly executed in room temperature conditions, but some products require packaging in cold room conditions (2-8 °C).

• You will Run a clinical packaging operation according to standard operating procedures.
• You are always looking for improvement and efficiency in and around working processes;
• Responsible for escalation when necessary
• Taking ownership for all related tasks and results in own area
• Ensure all training is completed according to training plan and corporate deadlines;
• Responsible for execution of batch related logistic processes.
