Job summary

Jobster in Tilburg zoekt een Operator in 3-ploegen die bijdraagt aan de productie van hoogwaardige vliegtuigbanden. Je werkt met geavanceerde machines, zorgt voor een vlotte productie en voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit.

De functie biedt een direct contract, fulltime werkweek van 40 uur, interne training en gratis parkeren op de locatie. Vereisten: minimaal 1 jaar machine-ervaring en vloeiende communicatie in Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en afstellen van machines om veilige en efficiënte productie te waarborgen
• Uitvoeren van inspecties en controles conform luchtvaartnormen
• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren en oplossen
• Nauwe samenwerking met collega\'s om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken en een positieve werksfeer te behouden
• Deelnemen aan interne trainingen om technische kennis te vergroten

• Machine operation: operate and adjust machines to ensure safe and efficient production processes
• Quality control: perform inspections and checks to maintain compliance with aviation industry standards
• Process monitoring: oversee the production process and promptly identify and resolve deviations
• Team collaboration: work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment
• Skill development: participate in internal training to enhance your technical knowledge and capabilities
