Job summary

Unique in Tilburg zoekt een Operator voor 3-shifts die bijdraagt aan de productie van vliegtuigbanden. Je bedient en stelt machines af, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en bewaakt het productieproces met oog voor veiligheid en efficiëntie.

De rol biedt interne trainingen, een direct contract en on-site parkeer- en fietsvoorzieningen. Het gaat om een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in een technisch en dynamisch team.

Qualifications

• 1 jaar ervaring met machine-werking.
• Vloeiende communicatie in Dutch of English.
• Fysiek fit en bereid 3-ploegendienst te werken.
• Leergierig en flexibel.
• Teamplayer gefocust op kwaliteit en procesverbetering.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en afstellen van machines voor veilige productie.
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles volgens aviation-standaarden.
• Toezicht houden op proces en afwijkingen tijdig opsporen.
• Zorg voor samenwerking met collega's en een positieve werksfeer.
• Deels deelnemen aan interne trainingen om vaardigheden te vergroten.

As an Operator 3-shifts, you will contribute to the production of high-quality aircraft tires that meet the stringent standards of the aviation industry. Working with advanced machinery, you’ll ensure smooth and efficient processes while performing precise quality checks. • Machine operation: operate and adjust machines to ensure safe and efficient production processes
• Quality control: perform inspections and checks to maintain compliance with aviation industry standards
• Process monitoring: oversee the production process and promptly identify and resolve deviations
