Job summary

Jobster in Venray is seeking an Operator to set and run CNC machines, milling and turning metal and aluminium parts. You will monitor quality and measurements and adjust the process as needed.

The role is 38 hours per week, in a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00), Monday to Friday, on site. The offer includes a gross hourly wage of €19.78–€20.94 (14% shift allowance), 8% holiday pay, pension from day one, 25 paid holidays, and a €0.15 net travel allowance per km.

About The Job

As an Operator, you are responsible for operating and setting CNC machines and making sure the production process runs smoothly. You work accurately, monitor quality and take action when adjustments are needed.

• Setting and operating CNC machines;
• Milling and turning metal and aluminium parts;
• Checking products for quality and accurate measurements;
• Carrying out finishing work such as drilling, grinding and punching;
• Identifying deviations and making adjustments to the production process.

You will work 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift schedule:

• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00;
• Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00.

• Gross hourly wage of € 19,78 to € 20,94, including 14% shift allowance, depending on your experience;
