Job summary

Jobster in Venray is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to set up and run CNC machines, turning metal and aluminium into high-quality parts.

You will work 38 hours per week in a two-shift schedule (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00), with a gross hourly wage of €19.78–€20.94 including a 14% shift allowance, plus holiday pay and a pension from day one. Opportunities for growth to Senior Operator or Team Leader are available.

• Interest in metalworking, machining or technology.
• You speak English language.

About The Job

As an Operator, you are responsible for operating and setting CNC machines and making sure the production process runs smoothly. You work accurately, monitor quality and take action when adjustments are needed.

Your responsibilities as an Operator include:

• Setting and operating CNC machines;
• Milling and turning metal and aluminium parts;
• Checking products for quality and accurate measurements;
• Carrying out finishing work such as drilling, grinding and punching;
• Identifying deviations and making adjustments to the production process.
  
  
  

You will work 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday in a 2-shift schedule:

• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00;
• Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00.
  
  
  

What we offer

• Gross hourly wage of € 19,78 to € 20,94, including 14% shift allowance, depending on your experience;
