Qualifications

• Ervaring als machine operator is vereist of gewenst.
• Ervaring met overhead crane is een voordeel.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels of Nederlands.
• Vereiste eigen accommodatie.
• In staat om zelfstandig te woon-werkverkeer.
• Nauwkeurig, zorgvuldig en veilig kunnen werken.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van moderne machines voor staalbewerking (buigen, zagen, ponsen/ponsen en lassen).
• Instellen en afstellen van machines zodat productie soepel verloopt.
• Proces controleren en data registreren.
• Kwaliteit van afgewerkt staal controleren.
• Werkplek schoon, veilig en georganiseerd houden.
• Basis onderhoudswerk uitvoeren.
• Staalproductie laden en verplaatsen met een overheadkraan.
• Werken met kranen (ervaring is plus).
• Op termijn doorgroeien naar CNC Machine Operator en doorontwikkeling binnen het bedrijf.

In this role, you help keep the production process running smoothly and ensure high-quality steel products are made properly and efficiently. You stay active throughout the day and can see the direct result of your work.

What you will be doing:

• Operating modern machines for steel processing (bending, cutting, straightening, and welding)
• Setting up and adjusting machines to keep production running smoothly
• Monitoring the production process and recording data
• Checking the quality of finished steel products
• Keeping your workplace clean, safe, and organized
• Performing basic maintenance tasks
• Loading and moving steel products using an overhead crane
• Working with cranes (experience is a plus)

In the near future, you can grow into a CNC Machine Operator role and develop into a skilled professional CNC operator within the company.
