Bij onze productie locatie in Oudkarspel zoeken wij een Allround Operator voor 2 shifts. Je werkt op alle 4 productie lijnen en bent verantwoordelijk voor opstellen, bedienen, afstellen en omstellen van de machines.

Je bewaakt het productieproces, controleert de kwaliteit en grijpt in bij afwijkingen. Wij bieden een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.150 en €3.600, 12,5% ploegentoeslag, 8% vakantiegeld en 3% eindejaarsbonus, plus reisvergoeding en pensioenregeling.

Formación

• Ervaring als allround operator, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
• Technisch inzicht en hands-on probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Nauwkeurig werken, focus op kwaliteit en oplossingsgericht denken.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels is een plus.
• Bereidheid om in twee ploegen te werken.
• Teamspeler die collega's kan instrueren.

Responsabilidades

• Opzetten, bedienen, afstellen en omstellen van verpakkings- en productieapparatuur.
• Controleren van de aanvoer van juiste grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen.
• Signalen en oplossen van kleine operationele malfuncies.
• Uitvoeren van testruns, kwaliteitscontroles en metingen.
• Registreren van productiegegevens in ons Patch-systeem.
• Zoeken van instructie en ondersteuning aan productie medewerkers.
• Werken volgens HACCP, hygiëne en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Zorgdragen voor een nette en ordelijke werkplek.

At our production location in Oudkarspel, where we are known for our delicious croquettes, bitterballen, and spring rolls, we are looking for an Allround Operator for 2 shifts. You will work all-round on all 4 production lines. You are responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, and changing over the machines. You monitor the production process, check for quality, and intervene in case of deviations or malfunctions.

Your tasks

• Setting up, operating, adjusting, and changing over packaging and production machines
• Checking the supply of correct raw materials and packaging materials
• Signaling and resolving minor operational malfunctions
• Performing test runs, quality checks, and measurements
• Recording production data (quality, quantities, technical) in our Patch system
• Instructing, directing, and supporting production employees
• Working according to HACCP, hygiene, and quality standards for an optimal end product
• Keeping the workplace orderly, clean, and tidy

Working hours in 2-shift system

• Early shift: 05:00 – 14:00
• Late shift: 14:00 – 23:00

What we ask from you

• Experience as an (allround) operator, preferably in the food industry
• Technical insight, hands-on mentality, and problem-solving ability
• Working accurately, attention to quality, and thinking in solutions
• Good command of the Dutch language (English is an asset)
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
• Team player who can collaborate well and instruct colleagues
