Job summary

WerkTalent is op zoek naar een Operator voor een gerenommeerde snackproducent in Alkmaar. Je stelt machines in, bedient en converteert productielijnen en stuurt een team aan in een tweeploegendienst (05:00–14:00 en 14:00–23:00).

Je bewaakt het productieproces, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en verwerkt data in het Patch-systeem. Er is aandacht voor hygiëne en kwaliteitsnormen, met voldoende carrièremogelijkheden en opleidingen.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 jaar ervaring als Operator.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
• HACCP-certificaat of bereid dit via WerkTalent te behalen.
• Communicatief en leergierig.

Responsibilities

• Machines opzetten, bedienen en ombouwen.
• Productieproces bewaken en bij afwijkingen ingrijpen.
• Grondstoffen controleren en materialen beheren.
• Storingen oplossen en testruns uitvoeren.
• Gegevens verwerken in het Patch-systeem.

Job description

Work for a renowned snack producer and ensure smooth production as an Operator across four lines. You set up machines, monitor quality, and guide the team in a 2-shift system. Join a dedicated team in the food industry and help deliver high-quality products every day.Dit ga je doenAs an Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, and converting the production lines. You closely monitor the production process and immediately act when deviations or malfunctions occur. Your efforts ensure that our snacks always meet the highest quality standards.On a typical workday, you check the supply of raw materials, solve operational malfunctions, and perform test productions and quality checks. You also process data in the Patch system and instruct and support colleagues on the shop floor.
