Jobster in Best zoekt een Operator voor fulltime werk in dagdienst, met directe contractkansen na een jaar. Het salaris ligt tussen 2.880€ en 3.319€ bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring. Reiskostenvergoeding van 0,23€ per kilometer, pensioen vanaf de eerste werkdag en 8% vakantiegeld met 27 vakantiedagen bij fulltime dienstverband.

In de toekomst kan de werktijden veranderen naar twee ploegen; men zoekt iemand die langdurig wilt blijven en mee wil groeien met de organisatie.

Qualifications

• Eerdere ervaring als Operator vereist.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en/ of Engels.
• Bereid om in een gekoelde omgeving te werken en 40 uur per week te werken.

Responsabilités

• Bedienen, opzetten en bewaken van productie- en verpakkingslijnen.
• Toezicht houden op productie, kwaliteit en voortgang.
• Instellen en afstemmen van machine-instellingen en kleine storingen oplossen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces uitvoeren.
• Machines en werkplek volgens hygiënerichtlijnen reinigen.

As an Operator, you will contribute to the production of vegetarian food products! In Best, you can work full-time on the day shift and earn up to € 3.319,- gross per month. If things work out well for both sides, you will have the opportunity to receive a direct contract with our client within one year.

Over de functie

As an Operator, you will have a varied and responsible role. You will work closely with the Quality, Technical Services and Logistics departments.

Your responsibilities include:

• Operating, setting up and monitoring production and packaging lines;
• Monitoring production safety, quality and progress;
• Checking and adjusting machine settings;
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues;
• Carrying out quality checks during the production process;
• Cleaning machines and your work area according to hygiene regulations.

As an Operator, you will work from Monday to Friday between 06:00 and 18:00. In the future, the company will move to a two-shift system. Therefore, it is important that you are willing to work in two shifts. The company is looking for someone who wants to stay for the long term.

Wat wij bieden

• As an Operator, you will earn between € 2.880,- and € 3.319,- gross per month, depending on your work experience;
• You will receive €0.23 per kilometre as a travel allowance;
• Pension accrual from your first working day;
• 8% holiday allowance and 27 days of annual leave based on full-time employment;
• Enjoy a weekly soup day every Tuesday;
• You can choose to receive your salary weekly or every four weeks;
• After a successful temporary employment period, you will have the opportunity to receive a direct contract with our client within one year.

• You have recent work experience as an Operator;
• You speak Dutch and/or English;
• Working in a chilled environment with temperatures between 8°C and 12°C is no problem for you;
• You are available to work 40 hours per week and are willing to work in a two-shift system in the future.
