Job summary

WerkTalent is seeking dedicated operators to join our production team. You will operate and monitor the slicing line, ensuring smooth production flow while upholding HACCP standards and quality checks.

The role features a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00) with a buddy during onboarding, permanent contract, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Includes travel allowance for distant commutes and a competitive benefits package.

Job description

You'll join a close-knit team where colleagues support one another. During your training period, you'll have a dedicated buddy who guides you through the tasks step-by-step, ensuring you master everything thoroughly. Your responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring your slicing line to ensure optimal production flow.
• Conducting quality checks and adhering to HACCP standards.
• Solving first-line disruptions independently (or working with a technician).
• Contributing ideas for improvements and ensuring a smooth production process.

You'll work in a two-shift schedule with the following times:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
• Afternoon shift: 14:30 – 23:00

Additionally, there's an option to work on Saturdays for 150% pay.

We're looking for dedicated, driven, and reliable individuals with an eye for quality. In addition:

• You have an affinity for technology and production processes.

• A salary between €3,000 and €3,200 per month, including a 14% shift allowance.
