Job summary

Sibelco in Geertruidenberg, NL, is seeking a production operator to ensure installations operate per procedures and to deliver semi-finished products that meet specifications.

You will handle equipment, monitor quality checks, set up pumps and taps, perform light maintenance, and document data in the IT system, with a strong focus on safety and teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent and solid technical English are expected.

Qualifications

• High school level education or equivalent by experience.
• Good technical English reading comprehension.
• Experience in a similar production role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust installations following procedures and policies.
• Serve pumps, open/close taps, monitor gauges and alerts.
• Perform quality checks on products to meet process specifications.
• Identify non-conformities and coordinate with colleagues to address them.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks and assist maintenance staff.
• Record production data in the IT system and ensure accurate logging.
