Job summary

Danone is seeking an operation project management intern in Zoetermeer to help analyze and enhance processes with AI. You will work with the Netherlands Ops team and report to a Senior Operations Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in data analytics and change management.

The role requires you to be enrolled as a Bachelor’s/Master’s student, based in the Netherlands with a BSN, and available for 6 months starting in November.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student for the entire internship period.
• Must be resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN (Dutch residency permit if non-EU).
• Available starting in November for 6 months, 4–5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work from Zoetermeer office at least 3 days per week.

About The Job

In this internship, you will be part of the Medical NLD Ops team, within Operations category. Our purpose is to enhance productivity, efficiency and decision-making through smart automation and data-driven tools. Your main responsibilities include:

• Analyze current project management processes and tools to identify areas where AI can be integrated.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and prepare relevant data for AI applications.
• Support the development and implementation of AI tools and insights to improve operations.
• Contribute to change management initiatives and training efforts related to AI integration.

About You

As an operation project management intern, it is a must that you have a strong affinity with AI. You have a problem-solving mindset and data analytics ability. On top of that? You’re a communicative team worker who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in November for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Zoetermeer office, at least 3 days per week.
