Job summary

Danone is seeking an operation project management intern in Zoetermeer to help analyze and enhance processes with AI. You will work with the Netherlands Ops team and report to a Senior Operations Project Manager, gaining hands-on experience in data analytics and change management.

The role requires you to be enrolled as a Bachelor’s/Master’s student, based in the Netherlands with a BSN, and available for 6 months starting in November.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a Bachelor’s or Master’s student for the entire internship period.
• Must be resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN (Dutch residency permit if non-EU).
• Available starting in November for 6 months, 4–5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work from Zoetermeer office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current project management processes and tools to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and prepare data for AI applications.
• Support development and implementation of AI tools and insights to improve operations.
• Contribute to change management and training related to AI adoption.
