Job summary

Creative Clicks is offering a paid, full-time Social Media & Content Internship in Amsterdam. Start September 2026 for 5–6 months, 32-40 hours per week, English speaking. You’ll create content, edit TikTok/Reels, write captions, engage with our community, and help shape brand voice across channels.

Join a dynamic, international team with 25+ nationalities, daily warm lunches, and a recently renovated office just 2 minutes from Leidseplein. Internship allowance: 500 euros per month.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related study (Marketing, Communications, Business, etc).
• Able to commit to 5–6 months for 32–40 hours per week starting Sep 2026
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Active on social media (Instagram and TikTok)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Responsibilities

• Create content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and more; develop fresh, social-first ideas.
• Write captions, schedule and publish content across channels; ensure on-brand posts.
• Engage with the community: reply to comments and DMs to foster meaningful interactions.
• Support social media reporting and analyze content performance to spot trends.
• Collaborate with the Social Media & Content Manager and Marketing & Communications team on campaigns.

Are you ready to turn your passion for content and social media into real-world experience? During this internship, you'll get hands-on with everything from TikTok trends to brand strategy. As our Social Media & Content Intern, you'll work closely with our Social Media & Content Manager to bring our brand to life online. You'll have the freedom to create, experiment, and grow, all while helping shape the voice of Creative Clicks across multiple channels.

Your Day-to-day as a Social Media & Content Management Intern:

• Create content that clicks: Concept, shoot, and edit TikToks, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and more. You'll be our go‑to for fresh, social‑first ideas, especially on TikTok.
• Be the voice behind the posts: Help write captions, schedule and publish content across our channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), and make sure everything goes out on time and on brand.
• Keep the convo going: Engage with our community: reply to comments, DMs, and keep an eye on what our audience is saying. You'll help us build meaningful interactions, not just followers.
• Track what works (and what doesn’t): Support with social media reporting, content performance analysis, and identifying trends or areas we can improve.
• Collaborate like a pro: Work closely with the Social Media & Content Manager and the wider Marketing & Communications team to brainstorm campaigns, align on messaging, and turn creative ideas into reality.

Job requirements

What skills will make this internship a success:

• Creative Mindset: creativity is key as you will be working on our social media channels and spearheading our TikTok strategy and content
• Organized: creativity can only thrive when you have an organized mindset
• Collaborative: this role involves significant collaboration with the rest of the Marcom team so you need to open to work in a team and receive feedback
• Content creation know-how: You're comfortable with TikTok, Reels, and short‑form video: from idea to filming to editing. Bonus points if you know your way around tools like CapCut, Canva.
• Analytical thinking: You're curious about what performs well and why. You're ready to dive into data, spot patterns, and help turn insights into actions.

Fundamentals (Requirements)

• Currently enrolled throughout the internship in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related study (Marketing, Communications, Business etc.)
• Available for 5-6 months for 32-40 hours per week from September 2026
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Active on social media (Instagram and TikTok especially)
• Passionate about social media (otherwise the role will be no fun!)
