Job summary

HQ Pack is seeking an Operational Security Officer in Eindhoven to build and strengthen information security foundations across the organization. This newly evolving role focuses on policy development, governance, and practical implementation, aligning with ISO 27001 and global expansion.

You will collaborate with IT, production, engineering, and external stakeholders to embed security across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in an Information Security, GRC, or Operational Security role.
• Experience with ISMS and ISO 27001 implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Build, implement, and manage the ISMS.
• Translate frameworks into practical processes and instructions.
• Perform security risk assessments and coordinate mitigations.
• Support internal audits, customer assessments, and certification activities.
• Conduct supplier security assessments and monitor actions.
• Advise management and project teams on security risks and compliance.
