Thermo Fisher Scientific Eindhoven seeks a Supervisor Operational Planning to lead a team of planners and translate production plans into daily execution. You’ll partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, Purchasing and Engineering to ensure priorities, materials and capacity align, delivering a reliable production flow and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience leading or coordinating a manufacturing or supply chain team.
• Experience in a complex operational environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze information and enable data-driven decisions.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of operational planners through performance management.
• Support daily planning activities to ensure realistic schedules.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Tactical Planning, Warehouse and Eng./Logistics to maintain flow.
• Monitor work-in-progress, schedule adherence and take action on risks.
• Identify solutions for shortages and capacity constraints.
• Track and improve key operational performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement to planning processes and systems.
• Ensure planning data and parameters are accurate for decision-making.
• Build a flexible team that can adapt to changing priorities.
