Job summary

Veldwerk Uitzendbureau in Zoetermeer is seeking an operational administrative employee to ensure that logistics processes run smoothly. You will be the link between the warehouse, the external logistics partner, and internal departments, monitoring orders and shipments with SAP, Excel, and dashboards.

You work full-time on location in an international team, handling orders, data, and process improvements while staying accurate and calm under pressure. Dutch and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant logistics administration experience.
• Familiar with SAP and Excel.
• Willing to work full-time on location in Zoetermeer.
• Ability to communicate in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily contact with the logistics partner about warehouse activities and orders.
• Check, follow up on, and prioritise orders.
• Ensure accurate and complete order administration.
• Request missing invoices and coordinate with Customer Care.
• Track goods flows and take action on delays.
• Identify operational issues and collaborate to resolve them.
• Register complaints and ensure they are handled correctly.
• Suggest process improvements for more efficient logistics.
