Job summary

Stafide is seeking an OpenText ECM Functional Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support enterprise content management solutions for complex business documents and digital content in Amsterdam.

You will integrate OpenText Content Suite with SAP, ERP, CRM, and other enterprise apps, develop workflows and forms, and ensure governance, compliance, and retention. The ideal candidate has 10+ years' experience, strong troubleshooting, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in OpenText solutions or similar ECM environments.
• Deep expertise in OpenText ECM and Content Suite, incl. Archive Center, Document Management and workflows.
• Hands-on integrating and customizing OpenText with SAP, ERP, CRM and third-party apps.
• Knowledge of content governance, records management, compliance and retention.
• Experience in workflow development, upgrades, migrations and performance optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting and production-support skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional ECM solutions.
• Experience creating technical documentation and delivering user training.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and support OpenText ECM solutions.
• Configure and customize OpenText Content Suite, Document Management, and workflows.
• Integrate OpenText platforms with SAP, ERP, CRM and other enterprise applications.
• Develop workflows, forms, and governance processes for content lifecycle management.
• Perform system configuration, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ECM solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues, provide production support, and ensure system availability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, and support user training.
• Support content governance, records management, compliance, and retention requirements.
